Washington Synergy is looking for coaches at the 10u and 12u levels. This could be either new coaches or coaches with existing teams looking for a new home. Excellent opportunity for Little League or Pony coaches looking to make the move to club ball.
Head Coaches should have experience coaching fastpitch. Does not have to be at the club level, but must have a basic understanding of managing a team. We will assist in teaching the club game to you. Assistant coaches can be be new to the game.
Each of our teams are 501c3 Organizations. We currently have 3 openings where you would step right into an existing 501c3, no waiting for approval or to start fundraising.
We do all your accounting work!
We have an extensive winter training program.
All we need is your desire to help train these young ladies into great athletes!
