We are in the Skagit Valley and would like to start a 12U team. My name is Bob Hickman and I have been coach fastpitch for 14 + years at different levels. I'ved coached at 14,16,18 and was an assistant coach at Skagit Valley College for 2 years. The Rising Stars have been around the valley for years and we would like to fire up a new team.
